🥤 Tropical Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- 100 ml coconut milk (tetrapak, 1.9% fat; ice cold)
- 100 ml milk (0.3% fat; ice cold)
- 1 tsp grenadine
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Pour the coconut flakes onto a flat plate.
- 2. Lightly moisten the rim of a drinking glass with water.
- 3. Press the moistened glass rim into the coconut flakes so they stick to it.
- 4. Add coconut milk, regular milk, grenadine syrup, and ice cubes to a blender.
- 5. Blend the ingredients briefly until well mixed.
- 6. Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- 7. Enjoy the drink immediately.
