🥤 Tropical Coconut Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients
- 300 g mango flesh
- 250 g pineapple flesh
- 1 lime
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 200 ml kefir
- 100 ml coconut water
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes (10 g each)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the mango and pineapple flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Rinse the lime under hot water and dry it.
- 3. Peel the lime skin into fine strips (zest).
- 4. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Put 250 grams of the prepared mango and pineapple cubes and the lime juice into a blender.
- 6. Add the cottage cheese, kefir, and coconut water to the blender.
- 7. Blend all ingredients in the mixer until the mixture is fine and smooth.
- 8. Divide the smoothie evenly among four glasses.
- 9. Garnish each smoothie with the remaining mango pieces, lime zest, and coconut flakes.
- 10. Serve the Tropical Coconut Cheesecake Smoothie immediately.
