  1. 1. Cut the mango and pineapple flesh into small cubes.
  2. 2. Rinse the lime under hot water and dry it.
  3. 3. Peel the lime skin into fine strips (zest).
  4. 4. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
  5. 5. Put 250 grams of the prepared mango and pineapple cubes and the lime juice into a blender.
  6. 6. Add the cottage cheese, kefir, and coconut water to the blender.
  7. 7. Blend all ingredients in the mixer until the mixture is fine and smooth.
  8. 8. Divide the smoothie evenly among four glasses.
