🥤 Creamy Coconut Banana Drink

Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 0.5 lime
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 150 ml coconut milk (1.9% fat; Tetrapak)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the banana thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Dry the banana with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut off the bottom end of the banana.
- 4. Cut three thick slices from the banana.
- 5. Place the three slices on a small plate.
- 6. Peel the remaining part of the banana.
- 7. Place the peeled banana on a plate.
- 8. Mash the banana slightly with a fork.
- 9. Put the mashed banana into a tall container.
- 10. Puree the banana finely with a hand blender.
- 11. Cut the lime in half.
- 12. Rinse one of the lime halves with hot water.
- 13. Dry the rinsed lime half.
- 14. Peel a narrow strip of zest from the lime using a vegetable peeler.
- 15. Squeeze the lime.
- 16. Add the lime juice to the pureed banana.
- 17. Add the cranberries to the container.
- 18. Add the coconut milk to the container.
- 19. Add the yogurt to the container.
- 20. Add the ice cubes to the container.
- 21. Mix all ingredients briefly.
- 22. Pour the smoothie into a drinking glass.
- 23. Garnish the drink with the prepared banana slices.
- 24. Garnish the drink additionally with the lime strip.
