  2. 2. Cut the vegetables into very thin strips or grate them finely.
  3. 3. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
  4. 4. Wash the radishes and slice them into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, and remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the chili pepper into thin strips.
  7. 7. Rinse the cilantro and parsley and shake them dry.
  8. 8. Pick the leaves off the stems and chop them coarsely.
  9. 9. Whisk the vinegar with the lemon juice, mustard, and olive oil.
  10. 10. Season the dressing with salt to taste.
  11. 11. Place all prepared salad ingredients into a large bowl.
  12. 12. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
  13. 13. Toss everything well until everything is evenly coated.
