🍽️ Russian-style Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 300 g red cabbage
- 300 g white cabbage
- 4 spring onions
- 4 radishes
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 handful parsley
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 50 ml olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash both types of cabbage thoroughly and remove the tough cores.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into very thin strips or grate them finely.
- 3. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 4. Wash the radishes and slice them into thin rounds.
- 5. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, and remove the seeds.
- 6. Cut the chili pepper into thin strips.
- 7. Rinse the cilantro and parsley and shake them dry.
- 8. Pick the leaves off the stems and chop them coarsely.
- 9. Whisk the vinegar with the lemon juice, mustard, and olive oil.
- 10. Season the dressing with salt to taste.
- 11. Place all prepared salad ingredients into a large bowl.
- 12. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
- 13. Toss everything well until everything is evenly coated.
- 14. Serve the salad immediately.
