🍽️ Creamy Kohlrabi Rings with Tuna Dip

Ingredients
- 2 large kohlrabi
- 125 g crème fraîche
- 1 can tuna in oil (approx. 180 g)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 3 pcs capers (pickled)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- salad
- red bell peppers
Instructions
- 1. Put the Creme Fraiche into a bowl and stir it smooth with a spoon.
- 2. Add the tuna, the mustard, the yogurt, and the ketchup to the Creme Fraiche.
- 3. Add the capers and mix everything well together.
- 4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Puree the sauce with a hand blender until it is very fine and creamy.
- 6. Peel the kohlrabi completely of its hard skin.
- 7. Slice the kohlrabi into paper-thin rounds.
- 8. Arrange the kohlrabi slices decoratively on a large plate.
- 9. Pour the tuna sauce evenly over the kohlrabi slices.
- 10. Garnish the dish with fresh salad and strips of red bell pepper.
