  5. 5. Puree the sauce with a hand blender until it is very fine and creamy.
  6. 6. Peel the kohlrabi completely of its hard skin.
  7. 7. Slice the kohlrabi into paper-thin rounds.
  8. 8. Arrange the kohlrabi slices decoratively on a large plate.
  9. 9. Pour the tuna sauce evenly over the kohlrabi slices.
  10. 10. Garnish the dish with fresh salad and strips of red bell pepper.
