  1. 1. Put flour, small butter cubes, and quark into a bowl.
  2. 2. Season the ingredients with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Knead everything with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer into a soft dough.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl.
  5. 5. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel the kohlrabi.
  7. 7. Slice or shred it into thin pieces.
  8. 8. Boil the slices for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
  9. 9. Drain the water.
  10. 10. Let the kohlrabi drip dry.
  11. 11. Mix quark with crème fraîche.
  12. 12. Add the eggs and Parmesan.
  13. 13. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Stir in the chopped chives.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted).
  16. 16. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface.
  17. 17. Line the buttered tin with it.
  18. 18. Form a crust about 3 cm high.
  19. 19. Place the kohlrabi slices on the dough base.
  20. 20. Lightly salt and pepper each layer.
  21. 21. Pour the egg-quark mixture over them.
  22. 22. Sprinkle almonds over it.
  23. 23. Bake the tart in the preheated oven in the center for approx. 40 minutes.
  24. 24. Remove it.
  25. 25. Release it from the tin.
  26. 26. Serve immediately.
