  1. 1. Peel the skin off the kohlrabi.
  2. 2. Carefully hollow out the kohlrabi, leaving a shell.
  3. 3. Finely chop the removed kohlrabi flesh.
  4. 4. Soak the raisins in lukewarm water.
  5. 5. Wash and peel the carrots.
  6. 6. Cut the carrots into fine cubes.
  7. 7. Squeeze the soaked raisins well to remove excess water.
  8. 8. Mix the raisins, carrot cubes, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, and the chopped kohlrabi flesh in a bowl.
  9. 9. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Fill the hollowed-out kohlrabis with the mixture.
  11. 11. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  12. 12. Place the stuffed kohlrabis into the dish.
  13. 13. Pour some broth around the kohlrabis.
  14. 14. Cover the baking dish.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (convection 150 °C or gas mark 2).
  16. 16. Braise the kohlrabis in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
  17. 17. Wash the parsley while the kohlrabi is cooking.
  18. 18. Shake the parsley dry.
  19. 19. Finely chop the parsley.
  20. 20. Divide the cooked kohlrabis among 4 plates.
  21. 21. Garnish each plate with 1 teaspoon of sour cream.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top.
