  1. 1. Peel the kohlrabi, potatoes, and onions. Cut everything into small cubes.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a pot. Sauté the kohlrabi, potatoes, onion, and chili briefly. Deglaze with white wine and reduce the liquid by half.
  3. 3. Pour in the stock and cream. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce the heat, and let it simmer covered for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Blend the soup finely with a hand blender. Season to taste and stir in the herbs. Ladle the soup into pre-warmed bowls.
  5. 5. Slice the truffle thinly. Place the slices and the chervil leaves on top of the soup. Drizzle a few drops of truffle oil over it.
