  1. 1. Peel the kohlrabi thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the peeled kohlrabi into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Wash the most tender leaves from the kohlrabi greens.
  4. 4. Shake the leaves dry.
  5. 5. Set the leaves aside.
  6. 6. Wash the radish thoroughly.
  7. 7. Peel the radish thinly using a vegetable peeler.
  8. 8. Cut the radish into small pieces.
  9. 9. Place the kohlrabi and radish pieces into a juicer.
  10. 10. Juice the vegetables.
  11. 11. Pour the juice into a glass.
  12. 12. Add a few ice cubes.
  13. 13. Season the drink with a pinch of salt.
  14. 14. Stir everything well.
  15. 15. Garnish the drink with the prepared kohlrabi leaves.
  16. 16. Sprinkle a few pink peppercorns on top.
  17. 17. Drink the cocktail immediately while fresh.
