🥤 Fresh Kohlrabi and Radish Juice

Ingredients
- 300 g kohlrabi
- 200 g white radish
- salt
- pink peppercorns
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kohlrabi thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the peeled kohlrabi into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Wash the most tender leaves from the kohlrabi greens.
- 4. Shake the leaves dry.
- 5. Set the leaves aside.
- 6. Wash the radish thoroughly.
- 7. Peel the radish thinly using a vegetable peeler.
- 8. Cut the radish into small pieces.
- 9. Place the kohlrabi and radish pieces into a juicer.
- 10. Juice the vegetables.
- 11. Pour the juice into a glass.
- 12. Add a few ice cubes.
- 13. Season the drink with a pinch of salt.
- 14. Stir everything well.
- 15. Garnish the drink with the prepared kohlrabi leaves.
- 16. Sprinkle a few pink peppercorns on top.
- 17. Drink the cocktail immediately while fresh.
