  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the fillets crosswise into slices about 2 cm thick.
  3. 3. Press the meat slices flat with the palm of your hand.
  4. 4. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Dust the slices with cornstarch.
  6. 6. Press the starch lightly into the meat.
  7. 7. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan.
  8. 8. Fry the chicken slices on both sides until golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove the chicken slices from the pan and keep them warm.
  10. 10. Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage and cut it into thin strips.
  11. 11. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
  12. 12. Cut the tenderer parts of the broccoli stalk into small pieces.
  13. 13. Wash the spring onions and slice them into rings.
  14. 14. Drain the corn from the can or pod.
  15. 15. Peel the garlic and the ginger root.
  16. 16. Blanch the broccoli florets and stalk pieces in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes. (Blanchieren means to briefly cook in boiling water).
  17. 17. Remove the broccoli from the water and let it drain.
  18. 18. Blanch the red cabbage strips in salted water for 3 minutes.
  19. 19. Remove the red cabbage from the water and let it drain.
  20. 20. Grate the ginger and garlic finely.
  21. 21. Collect the juice that forms while grating.
  22. 22. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan.
  23. 23. Sauté the spring onion rings briefly.
  24. 24. Add the prepared vegetables (red cabbage, broccoli, corn, onions) to the pan.
  25. 25. Add the grated garlic and ginger along with the juice.
  26. 26. Fry the vegetables briefly until they are warm and aromatic.
  27. 27. Arrange the vegetables and chicken slices in small bowls.
  28. 28. Serve the dish immediately.
