  8. 8. Cut the apricots into thin strips.
  9. 9. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the onions until translucent.
  11. 11. Add the cut cabbage to the pan.
  12. 12. Fry the cabbage for a few minutes while shaking the pan.

  14. 14. Add cumin, salt, and pepper.
