🥤 Fresh Cabbage-Carrot Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 sprig flat-leaf parsley
- 100 ml white cabbage juice
- 100 ml carrot juice
- 50 ml beetroot juice
- 0.5 tsp rapeseed oil
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the parsley under running water.
- 2. Shake the parsley dry so that no water droplets remain on it.
- 3. Pour the white cabbage juice, carrot juice, and beetroot juice into a cocktail shaker.
- 4. Add the oil and some ice cubes to the shaker.
- 5. Close the shaker and shake the mixture vigorously until it is well mixed and cold.
- 6. Pour the finished cocktail into a tall long drink glass.
- 7. Garnish the drink on top with the dry parsley.
