  2. 2. Shake the parsley dry so that no water droplets remain on it.
  3. 3. Pour the white cabbage juice, carrot juice, and beetroot juice into a cocktail shaker.
  4. 4. Add the oil and some ice cubes to the shaker.
  5. 5. Close the shaker and shake the mixture vigorously until it is well mixed and cold.
  6. 6. Pour the finished cocktail into a tall long drink glass.
  7. 7. Garnish the drink on top with the dry parsley.
