🍽️ Grain rolls with egg and quark

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 20 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. radicchio, arugula, frisée; 0.25 bunch)
- 5 g chives (0.25 bunch)
- 100 g low-fat quark
- salt
- pepper
- 4 grain rolls
Instructions
- 1. Prick the eggs lightly at the blunt end with a needle.
- 2. Place the eggs in boiling water.
- 3. Boil the eggs for 9 to 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
- 4. Remove the eggs and immediately shock them in cold water.
- 5. Wash the salad thoroughly.
- 6. Spin the salad dry.
- 7. Tear the salad into small pieces.
- 8. Wash the chives.
- 9. Shake the chives dry.
- 10. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 11. Mix the quark with the chopped chives.
- 12. Season the quark mixture with salt.
- 13. Season the quark mixture with pepper.
- 14. Peel the boiled eggs.
- 15. Cut the eggs into quarters.
- 16. Halve the grain rolls.
- 17. Spread the quark mixture on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- 18. Place the salad on top of the quark mixture.
- 19. Place the egg quarters on top of the salad.
- 20. Place the roll tops on the filled halves.
