  4. 4. Mix the juice with tomato paste.
  5. 5. Add tomato ketchup to the mixture.
  6. 6. Add pureed mango pulp.
  7. 7. Add vinegar to the mixture.
  8. 8. Add lemon juice to the mixture.
  9. 9. Add sugar to the mixture.
  10. 10. Add soy sauce to the mixture.
  11. 11. Stir the sauce base well.
  12. 12. Heat the oil in a small pot.
  13. 13. Sauté the ginger and garlic in the hot oil.
  14. 14. Pour the mixed liquid over the spices.
  15. 15. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  16. 16. Mix the starch flour with a little cold water.
  17. 17. Pour the starch mixture into the sauce.
  18. 18. Thicken the sauce with it.
  19. 19. Season the sauce with chili sauce.
  20. 20. Season the sauce with rice wine.
  21. 21. Let the sauce cool down.
  22. 22. Heat peanut oil in a high pot or a deep fryer.
  23. 23. Use enough oil so that the meat can float in it.
