  5. 5. Put the flour into a large mixing bowl.

  7. 7. Add the olive oil.
  8. 8. Add the yeast mixture.
  9. 9. Knead everything into a smooth dough using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
  10. 10. Cover the dough.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes in a warm place.
  12. 12. Wait until the dough volume has doubled.
  13. 13. Thoroughly wash the green and blue grapes under warm water.
  14. 14. Let the grapes drain well in a sieve.
  15. 15. Halve the blue grapes.
  16. 16. Remove the seeds from the halved blue grapes.
  17. 17. Knead the yeast dough vigorously again.
  18. 18. Dust the work surface with a little flour.
  19. 19. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to baking sheet size (approx. 30 x 40 cm).
  20. 20. Wrap the dough around the rolling pin.
  21. 21. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  22. 22. Unroll the dough on the baking sheet.
  23. 23. Place a second baking sheet on top as a lid.
