  9. 9. Season the sauce with mustard, salt, and pepper.
  10. 10. Fold in the chive rolls.
  11. 11. Fill the tartar sauce into a small bowl for dipping.
  12. 12. Rinse the cod fillet briefly.
  13. 13. Dry the fish with kitchen paper.
  14. 14. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
