  3. 3. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl.
  4. 4. Add the lemon juice and flour to the egg mixture.
  5. 5. Stir everything with a fork or whisk until you have a smooth, thick batter.
  6. 6. Adjust the consistency if necessary by adding a little more water or flour.
  7. 7. Season the batter generously with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Dip each chicken drumstick completely into the batter.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a frying pan to approximately 170 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Fry the breaded drumsticks in the hot oil for 5 to 6 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the drumsticks from the oil when they are golden brown and crispy.
  12. 12. Peel the boiled egg for the dip.
