Ingredients
- 1 pack FRoSTA Oven Fish Crispy Crunchy (240 g)
- 250 g ripe tomatoes
- 0.5 packet FRoSTA Basilica finely chopped and ready to sprinkle (equivalent to 1 bunch basil)
- 1 lemon
- 3.5 tsp FRoSTA Garlic (finely chopped and ready to sprinkle)
- 1 shallot
- 1 chili pepper
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- croutons (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 2. Dice the shallots into very fine cubes.
- 3. Mix the tomatoes, shallots, basilisk, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
- 4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.
- 6. Preheat the oven.
- 7. Prepare the FRoSTA Backofen fish according to the package instructions.
- 8. Arrange the fish and the tomato mixture on a plate.
- 9. Serve the bruschetta with croutons.
