  1. 1. Cut the apples in half.
  2. 2. Remove the skin and the core.
  3. 3. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Drizzle the apple cubes with lime juice.
  5. 5. Toast the coconut flakes in a pan without fat until golden brown.
  6. 6. Heat palm sugar and coconut milk over low heat.
  7. 7. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  8. 8. Add the apple cubes to the sweetness.
  9. 9. Cook the mixture very briefly, but make sure the apples do not fall apart.
  10. 10. Remove the pan from the stove.
  11. 11. Fold the toasted coconut flakes into the apple mixture.
  12. 12. Let the spring roll wrappers thaw.
  13. 13. Lay the dough sheets on a clean work surface.
  14. 14. Place two tablespoons of the apple filling in the center of each sheet.
  15. 15. Fold one corner of the sheet widely over the filling.
  16. 16. Fold the right and left sides of the wrapper inwards over the filling.
  17. 17. Roll the rest of the sheet tightly.
  18. 18. Heat vegetable oil in a pot or wok.
  19. 19. Bring the oil to a very hot state.
  20. 20. Fry the rolls in batches in the hot oil.
  21. 21. Fry them for about three minutes.
  22. 22. Remove them from the oil when they are golden brown.
  23. 23. Place the rolls on kitchen paper.
  24. 24. Blot excess fat.
  25. 25. Serve the pouches lukewarm.
  26. 26. Add lime wedges.
