🍽️ Crispy Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 200 g sesame
- vegetable oil
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Cut the breast into even strips.
- 4. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
- 5. Mix the sesame seeds with the breadcrumbs in a second bowl.
- 6. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
- 7. Coat the strips in plain flour.
- 8. Dip the floured strips completely into the beaten eggs.
- 9. Press the egg-coated strips into the sesame breadcrumb mixture.
- 10. Press the coating firmly so it adheres well.
- 11. Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a large frying pan.
- 12. Fry the chicken strips in the hot oil until golden brown.
- 13. Place the finished strips on kitchen paper.
- 14. Gently blot off any excess fat.
- 15. Serve the chicken with spicy mango sauce.
