  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Cut the breast into even strips.
  4. 4. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
  5. 5. Mix the sesame seeds with the breadcrumbs in a second bowl.
  6. 6. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Coat the strips in plain flour.
  8. 8. Dip the floured strips completely into the beaten eggs.
  9. 9. Press the egg-coated strips into the sesame breadcrumb mixture.
  10. 10. Press the coating firmly so it adheres well.
  11. 11. Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a large frying pan.
  12. 12. Fry the chicken strips in the hot oil until golden brown.
  13. 13. Place the finished strips on kitchen paper.
  14. 14. Gently blot off any excess fat.
  15. 15. Serve the chicken with spicy mango sauce.
