🍽️ Crispy Fried Eggs

Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Boil 8 eggs for about 5 minutes until they are soft-boiled.
- 2. Rinse the eggs under cold water and peel them carefully.
- 3. Roll the peeled eggs in flour until they are completely covered.
- 4. Whisk the remaining eggs and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
- 5. Dip the flour-coated eggs into the egg mixture to wet them.
- 6. Roll the eggs in the breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
- 7. Fry the eggs in hot oil (approx. 170°C) for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Let the eggs drain on kitchen paper.
- 9. Serve the eggs with soy-chili sauce as desired.
