  2. 2. Rinse the eggs under cold water and peel them carefully.
  3. 3. Roll the peeled eggs in flour until they are completely covered.
  4. 4. Whisk the remaining eggs and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
  5. 5. Dip the flour-coated eggs into the egg mixture to wet them.
  6. 6. Roll the eggs in the breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
  7. 7. Fry the eggs in hot oil (approx. 170°C) for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let the eggs drain on kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Serve the eggs with soy-chili sauce as desired.
