🍳 Homemade Granola

Ingredients
- 350 g rolled oats
- 75 g sliced almonds
- 75 g coarsely chopped walnuts
- 25 g pine nuts (approx. 7 tsp)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 125 g liquid honey
- 4 tbsp oil
- 100 g dried fruit (apricots, raisins, figs)
- fresh berries (to taste)
- low-fat clabber (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Take a large bowl.
- 2. Add all ingredients except the dried fruit to the bowl.
- 3. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 6. Spread the granola mixture evenly on the tray.
- 7. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 8. Bake the granola for 20 minutes.
- 9. Turn the granola occasionally during baking.
- 10. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 11. Let the granola cool down completely.
- 12. Chop the dried fruit into small pieces.
- 13. Set the dried fruit aside.
- 14. Mix the cooled granola with the chopped fruit.
- 15. Fill the granola into a container with a tight lid.
- 16. Serve the granola in portions.
- 17. Add fresh fruit such as berries.
- 18. Add milk, cultured buttermilk, or yogurt.
