🍽️ Crunchy Fruit Tart

Ingredients
- 1 Springform (26 cm ⌀)
- 300 g Amarettini (ital. almond cookies)
- 100 g melted butter
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 kiwis
- 100 g cherries
- 50 g blueberries
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
Instructions
- 1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
- 2. Mix the crumbs thoroughly with the melted butter and Grand Marnier liqueur.
- 3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- 4. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about one hour.
- 5. Puree the raspberries together with the sugar.
- 6. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
- 7. Peel the kiwis and slice them into thin wedges.
- 8. Wash the cherries and blueberries, remove any stems, and pat them dry.
- 9. Spread the raspberry puree evenly over the cookie base.
- 10. Arrange the kiwis, cherries, and blueberries decoratively on top of the puree.
- 11. Finally, sprinkle the tart with coconut flakes.
