  2. 2. Mix the crumbs thoroughly with the melted butter and Grand Marnier liqueur.
  3. 3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. 4. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about one hour.
  5. 5. Puree the raspberries together with the sugar.
  6. 6. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
  7. 7. Peel the kiwis and slice them into thin wedges.
  8. 8. Wash the cherries and blueberries, remove any stems, and pat them dry.
  9. 9. Spread the raspberry puree evenly over the cookie base.
  10. 10. Arrange the kiwis, cherries, and blueberries decoratively on top of the puree.
  11. 11. Finally, sprinkle the tart with coconut flakes.
