Ingredients
- 150 ml white wine
- 1 onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and the onion.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic and the onion.
- 3. Place the chopped vegetables into a pot.
- 4. Simmer the vegetables gently over low heat for about 3 minutes.
- 5. Pour the cream over the vegetables.
- 6. Let the sauce simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- 7. Then blend the sauce until it is smooth.
- 8. Stir the cream cheese into the sauce.
- 9. Season the sauce to taste as needed.
- 10. Serve the sauce warm or cold.
