🍽️ Homemade Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 egg yolk
- salt
- 250 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp warm water
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press.
- 2. Place the egg yolk and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- 3. Mix the garlic with the egg yolk and salt.
- 4. Take the electric hand mixer with the beaters.
- 5. Add about three tablespoons of oil.
- 6. Stir the mixture while beating continuously with the mixer.
- 7. Mix the remaining oil with water and lemon juice.
- 8. Add this oil-water-lemon mixture slowly and gradually to the aioli.
- 9. Stir constantly until everything is well combined.
- 10. Taste the finished sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt.
