🍽️ Garlic-Ginger Oil

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 100 ml olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and the piece of ginger.
- 2. Slice the garlic and ginger into very thin pieces.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pan.
- 4. Fry half of the garlic slices in the butter until golden brown.
- 5. Pour the soy sauce over the garlic.
- 6. Sprinkle turmeric over it.
- 7. Let the mixture sit for a short moment.
- 8. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 9. Let the garlic mixture cool down.
- 10. Stir the remaining garlic and ginger into the cooled mixture.
- 11. Add the oil.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
- 13. Serve the oil lukewarm as a dip.
