🍽️ Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
- 600 g chicken pieces
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- 3. Mix the garlic with salt.
- 4. Add two tablespoons of olive oil.
- 5. Season the mixture generously with pepper.
- 6. Stir everything well.
- 7. Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade.
- 8. Cover the bowl.
- 9. Place the chicken in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- 10. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan.
- 11. Sear the chicken pieces well.
- 12. Fry the chicken drumsticks until golden brown over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- 14. Place the meat on kitchen paper.
- 15. Let the excess fat drip off.
- 16. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the chicken.
- 17. Serve the dish.
