  6. 6. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
  7. 7. Pat the shrimp dry with a cloth.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic.
  10. 10. Chop the garlic roughly.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley.
  12. 12. Shake the parsley dry.
  13. 13. Chop the parsley roughly.
  14. 14. Put the parsley together with the garlic into a mortar.
  15. 15. Pound the mixture in the mortar.
  16. 16. Put the shrimp into a bowl.
  17. 17. Add the garlic-parsley mixture to the shrimp.
  18. 18. Mix everything well together.
  19. 19. Wash the lemons under hot water.
  20. 20. Dry the lemons.
  21. 21. Cut the lemons into 24 thin slices.
  22. 22. Spread 1 kilogram of salt on a baking sheet.
  23. 23. Arrange the lemon slices on the salt.
  24. 24. Place one shrimp on each lemon slice.

  26. 26. Bake the shrimp in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius convection.
