🍽️ Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 24 large shrimp
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 lemons
- 2 kg sea salt (coarse)
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the heads from the shrimp.
- 2. Peel the shrimp.
- 3. Remove the vein.
- 4. Carefully cut along the back of the shrimp to do this.
- 5. Pull out the black vein.
- 6. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
- 7. Pat the shrimp dry with a cloth.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Peel the garlic.
- 10. Chop the garlic roughly.
- 11. Wash the parsley.
- 12. Shake the parsley dry.
- 13. Chop the parsley roughly.
- 14. Put the parsley together with the garlic into a mortar.
- 15. Pound the mixture in the mortar.
- 16. Put the shrimp into a bowl.
- 17. Add the garlic-parsley mixture to the shrimp.
- 18. Mix everything well together.
- 19. Wash the lemons under hot water.
- 20. Dry the lemons.
- 21. Cut the lemons into 24 thin slices.
- 22. Spread 1 kilogram of salt on a baking sheet.
- 23. Arrange the lemon slices on the salt.
- 24. Place one shrimp on each lemon slice.
- 25. Cover everything with the remaining salt.
- 26. Bake the shrimp in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius convection.
- 27. Bake them for about 20 minutes.
- 28. Take the dish out of the oven.
- 29. Knock the shrimp out of the salt crust.
- 30. Serve the shrimp on small, pre-warmed plates.
- 31. Serve white bread alongside.
