🍽️ Creamy Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and the shallot.
- 2. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 3. Put the olive oil in a pan and heat it over low heat.
- 4. Fry the garlic slices in the oil until they lose their color and become translucent.
- 5. Remove the garlic slices from the pan and set them aside.
- 6. Dice the shallot into very small cubes.
- 7. Increase the heat on the pan.
- 8. Fry the shallot cubes in the remaining oil for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- 9. Take 2 to 3 of the reserved garlic slices for decoration.
- 10. Put the remaining garlic, the fried shallots, and the cooking fat into a blender.
- 11. Put the vinegar into the blender.
- 12. Blend the ingredients on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
- 13. Add a little water if the dressing is too thick.
- 14. Season the dressing with sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 15. Fill the dressing into small bowls.
- 16. Garnish the dressing with the reserved garlic slices.
- 17. Serve the dressing together with the salad.
