Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cold milk
- 200 ml sunflower oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Pour the cold milk over the garlic.
- 4. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is frothy.
- 5. Add the oil slowly in a thin stream.
- 6. Continue blending until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- 7. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Add some lemon juice and stir.
