  7. 7. Dust the mixture with the flour.
  8. 8. Deglaze the pot with the meat broth.
  9. 9. Let the soup simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
  10. 10. Stir the soup occasionally while it simmers.
  11. 11. Wash the fish under running water.
  12. 12. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  15. 15. Fry the fish for about 2 minutes on the skin side.
