Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 4 garlic cloves
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Take the soft butter and place it in a bowl.
- 2. Beat the butter with a spoon or fork until it is creamy and frothy.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic or press it directly into the butter.
- 5. Stir the garlic well into the butter.
- 6. Season the butter with a pinch of salt.
- 7. Place a suitable strip of cling film on your work surface.
- 8. Place the seasoned butter onto the film.
- 9. Shape the butter into a compact roll.
- 10. Wrap the roll tightly in the cling film.
- 11. Place the butter roll in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- 12. Take the roll out of the refrigerator.
- 13. Slice the butter into thick rounds.
- 14. Serve the slices immediately.
