🍽️ Crispy Ciabatta with Garlic and Parsley

Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta
- 5 garlic cloves (more or less to taste)
- 0.5 handful flat-leaf parsley
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Slice the ciabatta bread into even slices.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them finely or chop them.
- 4. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and chop the leaves finely.
- 5. Mix the garlic, parsley, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- 6. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and stir well.
- 7. Brush each bread slice evenly with the garlic-oil mixture.
- 8. Place the slices on a baking sheet and put them in the preheated oven.
- 9. Grill the bread until it is golden brown and crispy.
