Ingredients

Instructions
- 1. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven at 225 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
- 2. Peel the garlic, dice it finely and mix it with the olive oil.
- 3. Take the bread out of the oven, brush it with the garlic oil and season with salt and pepper.

- 5. Peel the garlic and press it into the olive oil using a garlic press. Mash the drained tomatoes with a fork.
- 6. Take the bread out of the oven, brush it with the garlic oil, distribute the tomatoes on top, press them down slightly and season with salt and pepper.
