🍝 Garlic Spaghettini

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghettini
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 40 g Parmesan (block)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
- 3. Crumble the peperoncini.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic and peperoncini.
- 5. Sauté the ingredients briefly so the garlic does not turn bitter.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 7. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook them according to the package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 8. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck off the leaves and chop them finely.
- 9. Just before the pasta is done, reheat the pan, add 3-4 tablespoons of pasta water and stir.
- 10. Drain the spaghetti, add them to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- 11. Sprinkle the parsley over the top and mix everything well.
- 12. Serve the spaghetti on pre-warmed plates, grate Parmesan over the top and serve immediately.
