Ingredients
- 50 g Davert (Popcorn Corn)
- 20 ml Sunflower Oil
- 2.5 tsp Paprika Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- 1. Put the popcorn corn and the oil in a frying pan or a pot.
- 2. Place the lid on the container.
- 3. Heat everything on high heat.
- 4. Roast the corn until all kernels have popped.
- 5. Take the finished popcorn out of the pan and put it in a bowl.
- 6. Sprinkle paprika powder, onion powder, and garlic powder over it.
- 7. Mix the spices well with the popcorn.
- 8. Salt the popcorn to your taste.
- 9. Put the maple syrup into the empty frying pan.
- 10. Heat the syrup while stirring constantly until it simmers slightly.
- 11. Put the seasoned popcorn back into the pan with the syrup.
- 12. Mix the popcorn thoroughly with the syrup.
- 13. Wait until the syrup on the popcorn becomes slightly firm.
- 14. Put the popcorn back into the bowl.
- 15. Let the popcorn cool down completely.
