🍽️ Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 20 pieces shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small chili pepper
- thyme
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and remove the shells. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin rounds. Slice the pepperoni into rings. Pluck the leaves from the rosemary and thyme stems.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the prepared ingredients in it over medium heat. Remove the shrimp and set them aside to keep warm.
- 3. Drain the peeled tomatoes through a sieve, mash them roughly, and add them to the frying juices. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes and season lightly with salt. Serve the shrimp and tomato sauce on plates.
