🍽️ Grilled Sea Bream with Garlic Stuffing

Ingredients
- 10 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 medium-sized, kitchen-ready dorade (gold bream)
- juice of one lemon
- 8 sprigs thyme
- 1 bunch parsley
- olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 3. Lightly salt the garlic slices.
- 4. Rinse the sea bream under running water.
- 5. Thoroughly dry the fish with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Drizzle lemon juice over the outside of the fish.
- 7. Drizzle lemon juice into the inside of the fish as well.
- 8. Lightly salt the inside of the fish.
- 9. Pepper the inside of the fish to taste.
- 10. Take two garlic slices for each fish.
- 11. Take thyme sprigs for each fish.
- 12. Take fresh parsley for each fish.
- 13. Stuff the belly cavity of the fish with garlic, thyme, and parsley.
- 14. Make diagonal cuts into the skin side of the fish.
- 15. Cut the slits so they resemble fins.
- 16. Take the remaining garlic slices.
- 17. Insert the garlic slices into the diagonal cuts.
- 18. Brush the fish with oil.
- 19. Preheat a charcoal grill.
- 20. Place the fish on the hot grill.
- 21. Grill the fish for about 8 minutes.
- 22. Cut a lemon into eighths.
- 23. Serve the grilled fish with the lemon wedges.
