  3. 3. Knead the dough well using the dough hook of your mixer.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Knead the dough thoroughly once more.
  6. 6. Let the dough rise again in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Briefly knead the dough on a lightly floured surface.
  8. 8. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
  9. 9. Shape each piece into a ball.
  10. 10. Press a hole into the center of each ball with your thumb.
  11. 11. Widen the hole to about 4 cm and shape the dough into a ring.
  12. 12. Let the bagels rise for about 15 minutes.
