Ingredients
- 4 slices crispbread
- garlic butter
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g quark (low-fat as desired)
- 4 radishes
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Spread the crispbreads thinly with the garlic butter.
- 2. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 4. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 5. Wash the radishes.
- 6. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 7. Distribute the quark evenly over the prepared breads.
- 8. Sprinkle the spring onion rings over the quark.
- 9. Place one radish slice on each bread.
- 10. Season the snacks with a little salt and pepper.
- 11. Serve the crispbreads immediately.
