🍽️ Crackers with Salmon and Cheese

Ingredients
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 1 handful lamb's lettuce
- 100 g cream cheese
- lemon juice
- white pepper
- 4 slices crispbread
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 8 slices sliced cheese
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the bell peppers and remove the inside (seeds and membranes).
- 3. Dice the flesh of the pepper into very small cubes.
- 4. Wash the lamb's lettuce.
- 5. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves from the salad.
- 6. Let the salad drain well in a colander.
- 7. Take the cream cheese and stir in lemon juice and pepper.
- 8. Spread the seasoned cream cheese mixture evenly onto the cracker bread slices.
- 9. Place a portion of lamb's lettuce on each slice.
- 10. Place a slice of salmon on the salad.
- 11. Add some cheese (shredded or sliced) on top.
- 12. Sprinkle the prepared pepper cubes over the topped crackers.
- 13. Serve the crackers immediately.
