  1. 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and pat it dry.
  2. 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Scoop out the seeds and inner pulp using a teaspoon.
  4. 4. Grate the cucumber flesh finely using a box grater.
  5. 5. Place the quark and mineral water into a small bowl.
  6. 6. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and lump-free.
  7. 7. Fold the grated cucumber into the quark mixture.
  8. 8. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Wash the carrot and trim off the ends.
  10. 10. Peel the carrot completely.
  11. 11. Grate the carrot finely using the box grater.
  12. 12. Wash the radishes and pat them dry.
  13. 13. Remove the tough stem ends from the radishes.
  14. 14. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  15. 15. Place the sprouts into a colander.
  16. 16. Rinse the sprouts under cold running water.
  17. 17. Shake the sprouts dry.
  18. 18. Spread the cucumber quark evenly over the crispbread.
  19. 19. Arrange the grated carrots on top of the quark.
  20. 20. Place the radish slices decoratively on top.
  21. 21. Add the sprouts as the final topping.
