🍳 Crackers with Fresh Cucumber Dip

Ingredients
- 100 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 40 g low-fat quark (2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp mineral water (with carbonation)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 2 radishes
- 20 g sprouts (e.g. radish sprouts)
- 2 slices whole-grain crispbread
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and pat it dry.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Scoop out the seeds and inner pulp using a teaspoon.
- 4. Grate the cucumber flesh finely using a box grater.
- 5. Place the quark and mineral water into a small bowl.
- 6. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and lump-free.
- 7. Fold the grated cucumber into the quark mixture.
- 8. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
- 9. Wash the carrot and trim off the ends.
- 10. Peel the carrot completely.
- 11. Grate the carrot finely using the box grater.
- 12. Wash the radishes and pat them dry.
- 13. Remove the tough stem ends from the radishes.
- 14. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 15. Place the sprouts into a colander.
- 16. Rinse the sprouts under cold running water.
- 17. Shake the sprouts dry.
- 18. Spread the cucumber quark evenly over the crispbread.
- 19. Arrange the grated carrots on top of the quark.
- 20. Place the radish slices decoratively on top.
- 21. Add the sprouts as the final topping.
