🍽️ Crispy Leaf Salad

Ingredients
- 300 g fresh, mixed leaf salad (e.g. corn salad, Lollo bionda, frisée)
- Oak leaf salad (dandelion, radicchio)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 radishes
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 sugar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 5 tbsp seed oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salads thoroughly and dry them using a salad spinner.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
- 3. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters, remove the core, slice it into wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice.
- 4. Wash the radishes, trim the stems, and slice them thinly.
- 5. Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
- 6. Whisk mustard, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper well. Slowly beat in the oil with a whisk, season to taste, and gently fold the dressing into the salad just before serving.
