  3. 3. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters, remove the core, slice it into wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. 4. Wash the radishes, trim the stems, and slice them thinly.
  5. 5. Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  6. 6. Whisk mustard, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper well. Slowly beat in the oil with a whisk, season to taste, and gently fold the dressing into the salad just before serving.
