Ingredients
- 60 g Butter
- 40 g Sugar
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 100 g almond kernels
- 100 g cashew kernels
Instructions
- 1. Heat the butter in a pan until it starts to foam lightly.
- 2. Add the sugar to the butter and let it caramelize slightly.
- 3. Add the parsley, basil, and chili flakes.
- 4. Add the almonds to the pan.
- 5. Toss everything briefly to mix the ingredients.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Spread the nut mixture onto the baking tray.
- 8. Let the nuts cool down completely.
- 9. Enjoy the nuts as a snack or gift them for Christmas.
