  5. 5. Knead all ingredients quickly into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Shape the dough into a ball.
  7. 7. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  8. 8. Store the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  10. 10. Peel all apples except the red apple.
  11. 11. Quarter the peeled apples.
  12. 12. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  13. 13. Slice the apple pieces crosswise into thin slices.
  14. 14. Mix the apple slices immediately with a little lemon juice.
  15. 15. Whisk the quark with the eggs.
  16. 16. Stir the cream into the quark mixture.
  17. 17. Add the vanilla sugar to the quark mixture and mix well.
  18. 18. Dust the work surface with flour.
  19. 19. Roll out the dough thinly.
  20. 20. Cut out four circles, each about 10 centimeters in diameter.
