  7. 7. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  9. 9. Remove any damaged leaves.
  10. 10. Place the spinach in a pot.
  11. 11. Squeeze the spinach in the pot until it wilts.
  12. 12. Pour the spinach into a sieve.
  13. 13. Press the spinach dry.
  14. 14. Chop the spinach finely.
