  2. 2. Add about 100 milliliters of water and knead everything into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the chicken breasts and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  5. 5. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
  7. 7. Fry the chicken over medium heat for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Turn the meat occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  9. 9. Remove the pan from the heat and let the meat cool down.
  10. 10. Slice the cooled chicken into thin slices.
  11. 11. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  12. 12. Shape each piece into a ball.
  13. 13. Let the dough balls rise for another 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius fan mode.
  15. 15. Wash the cranberries and let them drain well.
  16. 16. Put sugar and 2 tablespoons of water into a saucepan.
