🍕 Mini Pizza Burgers

Ingredients
- 21 g yeast (0.5 cube)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 450 g flour
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- flour (for working)
- 200 g chunky tomatoes (can)
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 250 g mozzarella
- 2 handfuls arugula
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the yeast into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the yeast smoothly with the sugar and 200 ml of lukewarm water.
- 3. Add the flour, 4 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tsp salt.
- 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 5. Adjust the amount of flour if necessary.
- 6. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.
- 8. Divide the dough into 12 small portions.
- 9. Roll the portions into thin flatbreads on a floured work surface.
- 10. Place the flatbreads on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- 11. Brush half of the flatbreads with olive oil.
- 12. Mix the tomatoes with the pressed garlic clove and the oregano.
- 13. Season the tomato mixture with salt and pepper.
- 14. Spread the tomato mixture on the remaining small pizzas.
- 15. Leave a narrow border free.
- 16. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- 17. Let the cheese drain well.
- 18. Dice the cheese into small cubes.
- 19. Distribute the mushrooms and cheese on the pizzas.
- 20. Bake everything together in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- 21. Bake the lids for a slightly shorter time if necessary.
- 22. Wash the arugula.
- 23. Clean the arugula.
- 24. Spin the arugula dry.
- 25. Tear the arugula into smaller pieces if needed.
- 26. Take the pizzas out of the oven.
- 27. Top the pizzas with the arugula.
- 28. Place a lid on each one.
- 29. Serve the mini pizza burgers.
