🍳 Mini cheese tarts with plums

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- salt
- 180 g butter
- 2-3 tbsp cold water
- 200 g Alpine cheese
- 9 plums
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs (size M)
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with one teaspoon of salt.
- 2. Add the butter in small pieces and the water to the flour.
- 3. Knead the ingredients quickly into a smooth dough.
- 4. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface.
- 5. Line the greased tartlet molds (approx. 6 cm diameter) with the dough.
- 6. Press the dough firmly against the edges of the molds.
- 7. Prick the dough base several times with a fork.
- 8. Place the molds in the refrigerator for about one hour.
- 9. Dice the Alpine cheese for the filling into small cubes.
- 10. Rinse the plums and remove the pits.
- 11. Cut the plums into thin slices.
- 12. Distribute the Alpine cheese evenly over the dough base.
- 13. Whisk the milk with the eggs in a bowl.
- 14. Season the milk-egg mixture with salt and pepper.
- 15. Pour the liquid over the cheese.
- 16. Place the plum slices on top of the quiche.
- 17. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection: 180 degrees, gas: level 3-4).
- 18. Bake the tarts in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
