  3. 3. Finely chop the onions and the garlic.
  4. 4. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  5. 5. Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat.
  7. 7. Let the onion mixture cool down.
  8. 8. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well.
  9. 9. Mix the cooled onion mixture with the minced meat, the mustard, the parsley, the squeezed bread roll, and the egg.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Form eight small balls from the meat mixture.
  12. 12. Flatten the meat balls.
  13. 13. Heat the remaining oil in the pan.
  14. 14. Fry the patties brown on each side for 2 to 3 minutes by turning them.
  15. 15. Halve the sesame buns crosswise.
  16. 16. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.
  17. 17. Wash the tomatoes.
  18. 18. Slice the tomatoes.
  19. 19. Wash the salad greens.
  20. 20. Shake the salad dry.
  21. 21. Place the fried meat patties on the bottom bun halves.
  22. 22. Top the patties with the dry salad.
  23. 23. Place the tomato slices on the salad.
  24. 24. Place the top bun half on.
  25. 25. Secure the burger with a toothpick.
  26. 26. Serve the mini burgers.
